Two 30 Day Challenges Finished
Well, June is over and so are my Two 30 Day Challenges.
Obviously taking 1 picture every day and posting it on Instagram was easy and fun. Though I probably spent too much time picking a freakin' filter. I may even continue posting a pic every day the rest of the year.
The sit-ups every day was obviously harder. I did really well for the first 18 days. But then I started doing them every other day. Though I increased the reps by two instead of one to make up for the skipped day. I finished on the 29th with 3 reps of 38.
I never thought I'd do 114 sit-ups so I feel I accomplished my challenge even though I didn't finish the exact way I started.
Any ideas for August?
