Two 30 Day Challenges

Last year I did a 30 day challenge where I drank 1 new beer every day for 30 days. On our honeymoon Sara and I discussed new daily challenges. I wanted to start in May but atlas I did not. But today, June 1 I have decided to start not one but two new 30 day challenges.

The first. Sit-ups. I started the day with 3 reps of 10. I will attempt that every day this month but also increase each rep by 1 every day. So 30 today, 33 tomorrow, and so on. By the end of the month, if my math is correct, I will be doing a total of 120 on the last day.

The second. Instagram. This is a lot easier. Nothing new either. But I just signed up and I'll post a pic on there every day this month. So follow me.
