Friday Faves, Maui style!
Haleakala National Park: I got to watch the sunrise at 10,250 feet above sea level from the summit of this volcano crater. It was breath taking despite the nearly freezing temperature.
Maui Brewing Company “Bikini Blonde Lager”: I LOVED this lager. Available only in cans and with a slogan that read “What the sailors really come to shore for…” how could I not love this beer?
Pacific Whale Foundation “Sunset Cocktail Cruise”: A fancy booze cruise but you can’t beat a trip up the coast of Maui at sunset with a Mai Tai or Blue Hawaiian in your hand and your own sweetness under your arm.
Hula Girl Cafe: The best fish taco I have ever had.
Grandma’s Maui Coffee House: The best hole in the wall off the beaten path environment for a cup of Maui brewed coffee.
Other faves included Maui Style “Maui Onion” Potato Chips , Lava Java Coffee Roasters and Annie’s Island Shave Ice .
