My soundtrack of 1999

1999 was a great year in music. Some of my favorite albums came out that year. I was in charge of WPSH 88.7, a small FM radio station at Penn State Harrisburg, and I spun these albums at college radio once we got them. I also spun the heck out of them on my own time too. It’s just hard to believe it was 10 freakin’ years ago.

Do you remember where you were when you heard these albums for the first time too?

I remember searching for a CD store in Boulder, CO with Russ F. so we could pick up “Something to Write Home About”. That album became the soundtrack to many long drives in the Bleach van. Man, I cannot believe that was 10 years ago.
